These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from SHAPELLX, a trading name of Azero Agency LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

SHAPELLX offers shapewear, hosiery and apparel. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Colors may appear slightly different from one screen to another.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious error. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be fully refunded.
• A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless specified, and have no cash value.

Delivery & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
