Refund policy

We want you to love your SHAPELLX pieces. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
• Please wear underwear when trying on shapewear for the first time. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
• For hygiene reasons, bras, underwear, mystery boxes, free gifts and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email us at contact@try-shapellx.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item(s) back in their original packaging where possible. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are happy to exchange your item within the same 30-day window, subject to availability. If the replacement is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when it has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more business days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@try-shapellx.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
